Materials: (Clothespin Bag) Sugar n Cream, 100% cotton worsted weight by Lily, 8-1/2 oz. #19713 Key Lime Pie (variegated), ½ oz. each #01712 Hot Green &#00001 White;
(Dishcloth) Sugar n Cream, 100% cotton worsted weight by Lily, 1-3/4 oz. #01712 Hot Green, 3/4 oz. #00001 White; G (4mm) hook;
10” plastic skirt or pants hanger (see photo below); tapestry needle
Gauge: G hook:  4 sc = 1 inch; 4 rows = 1 inch
G hook: Pattern stitch; 4 sts (sc, dc) = 1 inch;  6 rows = 2 inches         
Size: Clothespin Bag measures 10-1/4” Wide X 17-3/4” long
Dishcloth measure 8” long
Body of Bag
Rnd 1: Starting at Bottom with Key Lime Pie and G hook, ch 39; sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in ea sc across to last ch; 3 sc in last ch; working on opposite side of starting ch, sc in ea ch across to last ch, 2 sc in last ch; join with a sl st to first sc, turn. (78).
Rnd 2: (wrong side) Ch 1, sc in first sc, dc in next sc, (sc in next sc, dc in next sc) around; join with a sl st to first sc, turn. (39 sc, 39 dc).
Rnds 3-29: Ch 1, sc in first dc, dc in next sc, (sc in next dc, dc in next sc) around; join, turn. (39 sc, 39 dc).
DIVIDE FOR FRONT AND BACK (you will now be working in Rows).

Back
Row 30: (wrong side) Ch 1, sc in first 39 sts, turn, leaving remaining sts
unworked. (39).
Rows 31-68: Sc in ea sc across, ch 1, turn. (39).
At end of Row 68, fasten off.
Front
Row 30: (wrong side) With G hook, join Key Lime Pie with a sc in first unworked st left from Rnd 29; sc in remaining 38 sts, ch 1, turn. (39).
Rows 31-36: Sc in ea sc across, ch 1, turn. (39).
DIVIDE FOR BAG SIDES (opening)
First Side
Row 37: Sc in first 13 sc, ch 1, turn, leaving remaining sts unworked, ch 1, turn. (13).
Row 38: Dec over first 2 sc, sc in ea sc across, ch 1, turn. (12).
Row 39: Sc in ea sc across to last 2 sc, dec over last 2 sc, ch 1, turn. (11).
Rows 40-41: Repeat Rows 38 & 39. (10, 9).
Row 42: Repeat Row 38. (8).
Rows 43-56: Sc in ea sc across, ch 1, turn. (8).
Row 57: Sc in ea sc across to last sc, 2 sc in last sc, ch 1, turn. (9).
Row 58: 2 sc in first sc, sc in ea sc across, ch 1, turn. (10).
Rows 59 & 60: Repeat Rows 57 & 58. (11, 12).
Row 61: Sc in ea sc across to last sc, 2 sc in last sc. (13). Fasten off.
Second Side
Row 37: With right side facing, skip 13 sts on Row 36 (last long row worked); join Key Lime Pie with a sc in next st, sc in ea remaining sc across, ch 1, turn. (13).
Row 38: Sc in ea sc across to last 2 sc, dec over last 2 sc, ch 1, turn. (12).
Row 39: Dec over first 2 sc, sc in ea sc across, ch 1, turn. (11).
Row 40 & 41: Repeat Row 38 & 39. (10, 9).
Row 42: Repeat Row 38. (8).
Rows 43-56: Sc in ea sc across, ch 1, turn. (8).
Row 57: 2 sc in first sc, sc in ea sc across, ch 1, turn. (9).

Join Sides
Row 62: Sc in ea sc across first 13 sts, ch 13, sc across 13 sts of Row 61 of First Side, ch 1, turn. (26 sc, 13 ch).
Row 63: Sc in ea sc and ch across, ch 1, turn. (39).
Rows 64-68: Sc in ea sc across, ch 1, turn. (39). Fasten off. 

Hanger Lining (Make 2)
Row 1: With Key Lime Pie and G hook, ch 40; sc in 2nd ch from hook and in ea ch across, ch 1, turn. (39).
Rows 2-6: Sc in ea sc across, ch 1, turn. (39). Fasten off, leaving length for sewing. Sew each hanger lining to top inside front and back of bag, between Rows 63-68, matching stitches and rows. 

Bag Finishing
Measure placement of hanger ‘hook’. Using straight pins, mark placement for an opening of hanger hook. Starting at Row 30, using Key Lime Pie and tapestry needle, sew together two (2) sides and tops, matching stitches and ending on opposite side at Row 30, BUT leaving opening at center top for ‘hook’ of hanger.

Flower (Make 6)
Rnd 1: With Hot Green and G hook, ch 4, join with a sl st to first ch to form ring; ch 2, make 11 hdc into ring, changing to White in last st made;
join with a sl st to top of ch-2, turn. (12 hdc).
Rnd 2: (wrong side) With White, ch 1, 5 dc in first hdc, sl st next hdc, (5 dc in next hdc, sl st in next hdc) 5 times, join with a sl st to first dc.  Fasten off.

Sew three flowers around bottom opening of front and three flowers around top opening of front as shown in photo.


Dress Dishcloth

Row 1: Starting at neckline with White and G hook, ch 21; sc in 2nd ch from hook and in ea ch across, ch 1, turn. (20).
Row 2: 2 sc in ea sc across, ch 1, turn. (40).
Row 3: (Sc in next 3 sc, 2 sc in next sc) across, ch 1 , turn. (50).
Row 4: Sc in ea sc across, ch 1, turn. (50).
Row 5: (Sc in next 4 sc, 2 sc in next sc) across, ch 1, turn. (60).
Row 6: Sc in ea sc across, ch 1, turn. (60).
Row 7: (wrong side) Sc in first 7 sc, ch 1, skip 16 sc (forms sleeve), sc in next 14 sc, (front), ch 1, skip 16 sc, (forms sleeve), sc in last 7 sc, ch 1, turn. (28 sc, 2 ch).
Row 8: Working in Back Loop Only, sc in ea ch and sc across, ch 1, turn, changing to Hot Green in last st made, ch 1, turn. (30).
Row 9: With Hot Green, (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) across, turn. (40).
Row 10: (right side) Ch 3, 4 dc in same place as ch-3, (starting shell), skip next sc, sc in next sc, ** skip next sc, 5 dc in next sc, (shell), skip next sc, sc in next sc; repeat from ** across to last sc, sl st in last sc, turn. (10 shells).
Row 11: Sl st into first sc, ch 3,  4 dc in first sc, (starting shell), sc in center dc of next shell, ** shell in next sc, sc in center dc of next shell; repeat from ** across, turn.
Rows 12-18: Ch 3, 4 dc in first sc, (starting shell), sc in center dc of next shell, ** shell in next sc, sc in center dc of next shell; repeat from ** across, turn.
Row 19: Ch 3, 4 dc in first sc, (starting shell), sc in center dc of next shell, ** shell in next sc, sc in center dc of next shell; repeat from ** across, changing to White in last st made, turn.
Row 20: With White, (ch 3, sl st in next st) across. Fasten off.

SLEEVE AND BODICE TRIM
Join Hot Green with a sl st in first free loop left from Row 8; ch 3, sl st in next free loop; (ch 3, sl st in next free loop) 5 times, **now working UP and AROUND stitches of sleeve, (ch 3, sl st in next sc of sleeve) 16 times**, now working across front of dress in free loops left from Row 8, (ch 3, sl st in next free loop) 14 times, repeat between **’s once, working across remaining back (ch 3, sl st in next free loop) 7 times.
Fasten off.  
Sew first 8 rows of back opening closed.
Flower Scrubbie
Make 1 flower, same as for clothespin bag. Sew flower to center of bodice.
